Hi, I’m Gee — a Mindset Mentor, Joy Empowerment Coach, and the founder of the CEO of Joy Method™.
I guide people who feel stuck in survival mode to step into their power, shift their mindset, and lead their lives with joy at the centre.
But this didn’t come naturally to me.
I used to be a self-proclaimed pessimist. I grew up believing that if I expected the worst, maybe life would surprise me. I didn’t think good things were meant for people like me. It wasn’t just personal — it was cultural. As a Filipino, I was raised in a world where smiling was the mask we wore no matter how hard life was. If we lost our smile, we lost ourselves. So we smiled through struggle. Through poverty. Through pain.
But beneath my smile, I was exhausted. I was tired of feeling unworthy, of self-sabotaging every opportunity, of telling myself I didn’t deserve more. Until one day I asked, Why not me? Why can’t I be happy, too?
That question changed everything.
I began to study myself — how I thought, what I believed, how I reacted. I learned to put myself first, and it didn’t make me selfish — it made me magnetic. Abundance followed. Love flowed in. I found a lightness and alignment I never knew was possible.
And that’s when I realized: the world is full of people like the old me — normalizing misery, living small, surviving instead of thriving.
That’s why I created the CEO of Joy Method™ — to help others reclaim their joy, challenge the self-defeating mindset, and rise from being victims of life into champions of it.
I coach from a space that’s both grounded and soulful — I blend science-backed tools with spiritual wisdom, poetic insights, and real talk. I’m here to hype you up, hold space for your breakthroughs, and guide you into a life that feels lighter, fuller, and truly yours.

I'm all about discussing the essence of Spirituality and dismantling the sabotage of the Mind, I learn as I go, and I share as I connect deeper with myself.
